The Kotányi Sun-Dried Tomato and Olive Spice Mix is ideal for seasoning salads, pasta dishes and dips. For a tasty Mediterranean flavour. The slightly sweet taste of the tomato flakes harmonises perfectly with the sour and tangy taste of the olives, giving dishes a real Mediterranean character.

This Kotányi spice mix is the perfect choice for seasoning Italian dishes such as pasta, pizzas, vegetable snacks, homemade breads, sauces and marinades.

Recipe suggestion: Tomato and herb bread with olives
Ingredients for 4 pieces:
- 330 ml water,
- 7 g dried yeast,
- 8 g salt,
- 500 g wheat flour,
- 1 packet Kotányi Sun-Dried Tomato and Olive Spice Mix,
- 50 ml olive oil.
Preparation:
- Mix the Kotányi Sun-Dried Tomato and Olive Spice Mix with 30 ml olive oil and 30 ml water and leave to stand for a few minutes.
- In the meantime, mix the sifted flour with the yeast, salt and olive oil.
- Finally, add the tomato and olive oil mixture and 300 ml water. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
- Cover, place in a cool place and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape into sticks.
- Place baking paper on a baking tray and leave to stand for another 20 minutes.
- Finally, bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
Tip: Serve with fresh Parmesan.
