Kotányi Provence chicken seasoning mix

Suggested use:

1. Rub the chicken with the KOTÁNYI Provence chicken seasoning mix.
2. Chop the leek, zucchini and seeded bell pepper, fry in oil, season with salt and pepper, then carefully stuff this mixture under the skin of the chicken.
3. Drizzle with oil and roast in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 45 minutes until crispy, drizzling with lemon juice from time to time.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes to the chicken at the end of baking and roast for another 3 minutes. Serve with creamy polenta.
