Szekszárd Rose Classic
The grapes used for the wine are harvested early each year (late August-early September), when they are not fully ripe. This is necessary to preserve the acids, aromas and thus to be able to make light, fresh, fragrant wines. The harvested grapes are quickly processed, destemmed and pressed, and soaked for a short time during pressing. The pigments are less soluble from the grape skin, which is why the colour is light, pink, onion skin colour. The pressed must is first cleaned, then fermented for 14 days at 14-15 ºC. This low temperature also serves to preserve the fresh fruit flavours, flavours and intense aromas. After fermentation, the wines are bottled fresh, so that the freshness, freshness and flavours of the wine are preserved in the bottle, as this is the essence of Rosé wine.

"I can remember back to my great-grandfather, although my grandparents, parents, everyone was involved in grapes and wine. My great-grandfather was the most successful, he already had the grapes passed through 3-4 times, and made selection wines. Moreover, he had a crusher that also destemmed. My great-grandfather was a good winemaker and viticulturist. He was also a hill judge, so my grandmother was registered as Julianna Soós, the daughter of the hill judge." - Mészáros Pál
