  • 250g Szafi Free Buckwheat-Free Reduced-Fiber Universal Flour Mix
  • 5g salt
  • 3g instant yeast
  • 280g lukewarm water;
  • + 3g flour for kneading and shaping
  • + 1 g oil for greasing before baking

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients, then pour on the water and stir with a wooden spoon until thickened.
