Use
It can be used primarily for seasoning soups, stews, and meat dishes, but we can also make independent dishes from it, and we can add it to salads, cold dishes, and pickles in many ways.
French onion soup or fried onion are piquant dishes - they do not have a strong smell at all, so they can be consumed without any worries.
Storage
It should be stored in a dry, cool place, between 10-20°C, and it retains its freshness for several months.
