MIRELITE Frozen Plum Dumplings

Cooking instructions

1. Start cooking the dumplings frozen in plenty (about five times) of boiling, salted water. The boiling water must be brought to a boil again within 5-6 minutes of starting to cook the frozen product. When the dumplings come to the surface of the water, continue boiling for a few more minutes. Then drain the dumplings, toss them in breadcrumbs fried in fat or oil and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
2. Fry in plenty of fresh, hot oil (enough to cover the product) at 180-190C while frozen. Put as many dumplings in the pot at once so that they do not cool the oil, otherwise the product may crack! It is advisable to move it at first! Fry until golden brown, for 2-3 minutes. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
   Consume only after heat treatment as specified in the instructions for use! Do not refreeze the thawed product!
