Thanks to MIRELITE's decades of manufacturing experience and reliable supplier background, the gooseberries were harvested at the most optimal time, when the ripeness of the fruit was most favorable. After harvesting, the fruit was preserved by quick-freezing within a few hours, thus ensuring its high antioxidant content and excellent taste. The secret of preservation is chemical-free quick-freezing, which takes place at an extremely low temperature (-45C˚).

The product can be used without thawing for making fruit soup, fruit salad, sauce, smoothie, cake, but it can also be consumed directly after thawing.
