Preparation

In a pan:

Heat 3 tablespoons of water in a pan. Place the frozen food in it and heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In the microwave:

Place the frozen ready meal in a microwave-safe covered dish. Heat in the microwave at 600 W for 8 minutes. Then stir and heat at 600 W for 8 minutes.

Do not refreeze the thawed product.

Storage

Keep at a temperature below -18°C until the end of the month indicated on the side of the packaging.
