Apple sauce with aromatic blackberries and raspberries - made from 100 percent fruit, without added sugar (the ingredients contain natural sugars). Preparation time
5 minutes.

Ingredients
For 2 glasses:

• 2 tablespoons Alnatura hemp seeds, peeled (+ a little more for serving)
• 50 g Alnatura oatmeal
• 100 g Alnatura apple sauce with blackberries and raspberries (chilled)
• 300 ml Alnatura oat and hemp drink with linseed oil
• 200 ml Alnatura orange juice

Preparation
Put all the ingredients in the blender and puree for 1 minute until you get a creamy drink. Divide between the glasses and serve sprinkled with hemp seeds, as desired.
