Serving suggestion - Walnut-breaded chicken drumsticks with cucumber salad

• Preparation time: 20 minutes
• Ingredients for 4 servings: 1 jar of Rege Cucumber Salad, 4 whole chicken drumsticks, 2 whole eggs (beaten), 150 g wheat flour, 60 g breadcrumbs, 75 g coarsely ground walnuts, salt, freshly ground pepper, sunflower oil for frying.

Preparation

1. Clean the chicken drumsticks, then cut along the bone and open slightly. Salt and pepper the meat on all sides.
2. Bread: first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in a mixture of breadcrumbs and coarsely ground walnuts.
3. Fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the oil and leave in a metal strainer to drain off excess fat.
4. Serve fresh, garnish with a portion of cucumber salad, and add a spoonful of sour cream to the salad if desired.
