Orient Fried Chicken with Seasoning

Roast Chicken Seasoning Salt

A selected blend of spices that gives a great taste and golden brown colour to roast chicken.

Suggested use

Roast chicken (Ingredients for 4-6 people): 1 large or 2 smaller chickens, 125 g butter, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 packet of ORIENT Roast Chicken Seasoning Salt1. Rub the chicken inside and out with the seasoning salt and leave to stand for about 10 minutes. 2. Place the seasoned chicken in a baking tray, put the butter cut into smaller pieces underneath and add a little water. 3. Bake at 200 °C for about 1.5 hours. Turn the chicken over during baking, add water underneath and baste several times with the gravy that comes out.

Storage

Store in a dry, cool place, protected from sunlight.
