Riso Vignola Sushi rice in a box
Riso Vignola offers excellent quality rice specialties from Italy. Sushi rice is the perfect base for sushi specialties. The sushi rice is characterized by its pearly and crystalline appearance, free of impurities, thanks to the high-quality processing.
Preparation suggestion
Wash the rice and let it stand for 15 minutes. In the meantime, mix 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt in half a cup of rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar), bring to a boil, then let it cool.
Cook the rice in the same amount of water for 10-15 minutes, then let it stand for another 15 minutes. Stir the vinegar into the hot rice and let it cool. Stir occasionally.
