Tasty fish with snow-white flesh. A favourite of Mediterranean cuisine. Offered without head or entrails, in sizes of 300-400 grams. Bones are only found in the spine and at the physical connection of the fins. Excellent for grilling in the garden or can be easily prepared in the oven.
