We recommend it with the forest mushroom soup with chicken liver dish.

Ingredients
80 g Gyermelyi 8-egg csipet, 250 g chicken liver, 100 g mixed forest mushroom, 80 g leek, 1 pc carrot, 0.5 dl olive oil, 1 bunch parsley, salt, ground pepper.

Preparation

1. Blanch the cleaned chicken liver, then wash it and cut it into pieces.
2. Clean and wash the vegetables and mushrooms. Cut the onion into cubes, the carrot into quarters, then into slices. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Sauté the carrot in oil, then add the onion, stir and add the liver. Season with salt and pepper, fry together for 1 minute.
4. Pour in stock or water. When it boils, add the mushrooms and parsley. Cook together gently for a short time.
5. When serving, add separately boiled csipet pasta.

Gyermelyi Zrt. is Hungary's leading pasta manufacturer, largest egg producer and an indispensable player in the milling industry. In addition, it carries out agricultural activities on an area of 8,800 hectares, operating a closed vertical integration. It all started on January 21, 1953, when twelve farmers from Gyermely, unable to bear the increasingly impossible burdens of individual farming, founded the Petőfi Cooperative. In 1970, the government decided to build a pasta factory, for which they were looking for a location. Gyermely's reputable cooperative undertook the task and was given the opportunity. This is how Gyermelyi Zrt. was founded.
