Use

It is most effective when used in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth. Pour 20 ml (approx. 4 teaspoons) of liquid into a glass, rinse around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out.

To open: squeeze the bottom edges of the cap together, then turn it.
To close: turn the cap until it clicks shut.

Storage

Store at room temperature. Shelf life after opening: 12 months.
