Monini extra virgin olive oil with basil

At temperatures below 12 °C, the oil may become cloudy, which is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the product. At room temperature, it regains its original translucent colour and texture.

Monini Anfora is excellent for both baking and cooking.  Olive oil is more resistant to high cooking temperatures than other vegetable oils. Thanks to the special delicacy of the oil, the food will be light, crispy and tasty.

Olive oil may become cloudy below 20 °C, and solid flakes may form in it at lower temperatures. This does not affect its quality, and the oil will clear again at room temperature.
