Producer information
In 1746, József Koch arrived in Hajós, then in 1748 he settled in Császártöltés, where he was one of the 13 families who founded the village. He was the first merchant in the village. He started growing grapes and making wine, and this was passed down from father to son for 10 generations. The current owner was born in 1969, his grandfathers and great-grandfathers were also involved in viticulture and winemaking, so he fell in love with the grapes, the smell and atmosphere of the cellars carved into the loess wall as a child.
