From Transylvanian rearing, Black Angus, wet-aged Tomahawk steak, in 900-1400 gram slices, which stands out with its spectacular appearance and intense flavour. The Tomahawk steak is a spectacular bone-in steak from the rib section of the beef, which we make even juicier and richer in flavour through wet aging. The long bone and fine marbling provide a special steak experience, whether grilled or pan-fried.

About the brand

Marble Marha Angus is a premium meat brand that combines one of the world's noblest cattle breeds, the Aberdeen Angus, with the highest level of aging and processing technologies. The name obliges: "Marble" refers to the most important quality indicator of meat, the even distribution of fat between the tissues. The brand is based on purebred Angus cattle. These animals are known for their natural predisposition to intramuscular fat deposition (marbling). The Marble brand places great emphasis on stress-free rearing and special (often grain-fed) feeding, which is essential for the silky texture of the meat.
