As barista competitors, they constantly felt the lack of a domestic roastery that was progressive, experimental, not just satisfying popular taste, professionally up-to-date, and consistently roasting. In 2013, they finally founded it.  Casino Mocca is now considered Hungary's leading new-wave coffee roaster, and their coffees are known throughout Europe. There is a growing demand in Hungary for quality coffee experiences, which they can now satisfy locally. They believe that they can greatly contribute to this experience with their approach to coffee. They believe in continuous development, growth, and learning.
