As barista competitors, they constantly felt the lack of a domestic roastery that is progressive, experimental, not just satisfying popular taste, professionally up-to-date, and consistently roasts. They finally founded it in 2013.  Casino Mocca is now considered Hungary's leading new-wave coffee roastery, and their coffees are known throughout Europe. There is a growing demand in Hungary for a quality coffee experience, which they can now satisfy locally. They believe that they can greatly contribute to this experience with their approach to coffee. They believe in continuous development, growth, and learning.
