Blue Dragon's journey began in the 1970s in Great Britain when they discovered that British shops lacked the ingredients needed to recreate the flavours of Asian cuisine. So, they packed their bags and travelled to the Far East to bring home the most authentic and exciting flavours.

They continue to do this passionately today, travelling to the furthest corners of Asia to see what's being made from Beijing to Bangkok, so they can continue to create exciting products and easy-to-make recipes.
