In A házipék's kitchen, they have long been diligently working to bring back the flavours we loved so much in our childhood. Visiting various bakeries, they realised that those true, homemade flavours that only grandma could make, and which they always longed for, have almost completely disappeared today. Therefore, they recalled times from generations ago to find the solution in the fundamentals. After all, what could have a greater impact on pastries than their very foundation, the dough itself? The authentic homemade taste was provided by blundel, a leavened puff pastry spread with butter. The A házipék family believes they have created pastries that bring back memories and authentic flavours.
