Nagyi titka Extra Fine Cake Flour 1.5 kg XXL
Nagyi titka Extra Fine Cake Flour is made from extra finely ground, high-quality wheat with high gluten content and baking properties ideal for making mixed or whipped cakes.
Suggested use - Soft Sponge Cake
Ingredients:
- 100 g Extra Fine Cake Flour
- 100 g icing sugar
- 5 eggs
Preparation:
- Separate the eggs.
- Whip the egg whites with half of the sugar until stiff.
- Whisk the yolks with the remaining sugar until frothy and gently fold into the egg white foam.
- Sift in the flour and gently fold together.
- Pour into a mould and bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Once slowly cooled, flavour with creams, jams, and fruits.
