Cooking kit with fresh ingredients for preparing delicious tomato soup

You only need to add olive oil and water to the contents of the package.

Contents of the box:

• plum tomatoes, carrots and onions

• thyme and garlic

• one can (70 g) of tomato paste

• two vegetable stock cubes (20 g)

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Preparation

1. Wash the tomatoes, then cut them into quarters.

2. Wash and chop the carrots.

3. Remove the leaves from the thyme.

4. Peel the onion and garlic, then cut them into smaller pieces.

5. Measure out 750 ml of water.

6. Heat 2 tablespoons of (olive) oil in a large pot, and sauté the onion, garlic, and carrots for about 5 minutes.

7. Then add the tomato paste and thyme, and cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat.

8. Add the chopped tomatoes, water, and stock cubes. Bring to a boil, then cook covered for 12 minutes.

9. Purée the soup with an immersion blender, then season with pepper to taste.
