Cooking box with fresh ingredients for preparing delicious Flammkuchen

To the contents of the package, you only need to add olive oil, 125 g crème fraîche and 125 g streaky bacon.

Contents of the box:

• pointed pepper

• red onion

• cherry tomatoes

• spring onion

• thyme

• Flammkuchen dough (with baking paper) 260 g

• bag of rocket 20 g

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

2. Wash the vegetables. Peel the onion, cut into quarters, then into thin rings.

3. Cut off the end of the pointed pepper, remove the seeds, then slice into thin strips.

4. Quarter the cherry tomatoes, slice the spring onion into rings.

5. Remove the leaves from the thyme and chop them.

6. In a bowl, mix the pointed pepper, red onion, spring onion, cherry tomatoes, and thyme with 1 tablespoon of (olive) oil.

7. Unroll the Flammkuchen dough directly onto a baking tray with the included baking paper.

8. Spread the crème fraîche over the dough, then spread the vegetable mixture on top.

9. Sprinkle the streaky bacon over the top.

10. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 15 minutes, until golden brown.
