The texture of red tuna is very similar to meat, so it's best to prepare thawed tuna like a steak. Salt and pepper both sides, then cook in a hot pan or on a grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. It tastes best when it remains medium. After cooking, place the prepared fish slices in aluminum foil for 2-3 minutes to keep them juicy.
