This drink is the bottled version of the popular Rossini cocktail, a Rossini sparkling cocktail, made from a blend of Moscato d'Asti wine produced in the Piedmont region and fresh strawberry purée. The cocktail has a fresh, fruity, and floral flavour profile, ideal as a base for gin and tonics and other cocktails.
