The recommended daily feeding amount may vary depending on your dog's activity level, physical condition, and weather conditions. Always provide fresh, clean water alongside the food.

If you are feeding your dog Purina One food for the first time, we recommend a gradual transition to the new food, mixing the current food with increasing amounts of Purina One over 7 days, so that your dog's digestive system can adapt to the change.

Producer information

The PURINA brand first appeared in St. Louis, USA, in 1989, selling pet food and feed. In 1921, the PURINA Chow brand dry pet food was introduced to the American market. Subsequently, the successful products PURINA Dog Chow and PURINA® Cat Chow were created. In 1985, Nestlé acquired the successful FRISKIES brand.

In 1998, the  DARLING brand became Nestlé's property, and a pet food factory was established in Bük with an investment of 6 billion forints, which - as the first in Hungary - has been producing dry and wet pet food ever since. The Bük factory is currently Nestlé PURINA's largest pet food factory in Europe.
