Preparation suggestion

• Preheat the chawan with warm water,
• Pour out the water and wipe dry,
• Sift 2 grams (approx. 2 chashaku) of matcha powder into the bowl,
• Add 60-70ml of 70°C water,
• The water should not be boiling hot, wait 1-2 minutes after boiling,
• Whisk with the chasen using W-shaped movements,
• Whisk quickly until creamy,
• The ideal consistency: silky, bubble-free surface.
