St.Jacobs scallop meat (Hotate), frozen
Season the thawed scallop meat with salt and pepper, then fry both sides in a buttered or oiled hot pan for 1-1 minute, then let it rest on a plate for 2 minutes. Add crushed garlic and parsley to the remaining fat, bring to a boil and pour over the scallops.
