About the brand

The brand's founder, Sebő Gyula, aimed to create equipment that would allow owners and dogs to spend as much time together as possible. This was the starting point for the establishment of the Julius-K9® brand and the production of dog harnesses. He founded his company in 1997, and by 2003, the K9 harnesses achieved huge success at the Dortmund exhibition. Sebő believes that the harnesses he designed will become lifelong products for dogs.

Where does the brand name come from?

• Julius: German equivalent of Sebő Gyula's first name
• K9: Julius Sebő got his first dog at Kele u. 9. in Budapest, and the company's first premises also operated at number 9 in Vienna (Langobarden Str. 9.)
