About the brand
Le Grand Lejon is a producer of smoked and marinated fish products in northern Brittany, who has been making their products according to old traditions since 1953. Their products are made from simple, high-quality ingredients (from MSC sustainable fisheries) with a 'Clean Label' – without palm oil, flavor enhancers, or artificial colorings. Their goal is to create rillettes and dips from fish and shellfish caught along the Breton coast. They can be an excellent accompaniment to friendly conversations, family gatherings, or if you just want a light breakfast or dinner, but they can also be a perfect appetizer. They are easy to take anywhere – to work, on a trip, to school, or while traveling – and have a long shelf life. Rillettes and dips can help diversify your fish consumption. Storage
