Marks & Spencer Gluten-Free Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix

Gluten-free dark chocolate brownie mix.

Preparation

1. Add the melted butter and chocolate pieces to a metal-free microwaveable bowl. Loosely cover with foil and heat in the microwave on medium power for 2 minutes.
2. In another bowl, pour in the contents of the egg mix sachet. Add 90 ml of cold water and whisk with an electric whisk for 3-4 minutes (5-7 minutes with a hand whisk).
3. Mix the melted chocolate and butter, then add it to the whisked egg mixture and fold together. Add the contents of the flour and cocoa mix sachet, then gently mix until combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C in an electric oven, 160°C in a fan oven, or Gas Mark 4 in a gas oven. The brownie should be slightly crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
