Shan’shi Wok Noodles (Wok pasta) are a special pasta, which is ideal as a side dish for quick wok dishes. 

Preparation suggestion

Add the desired amount of Shan'shi wok noodles directly to the ingredients already prepared in the wok pan, such as vegetables or meat, and twice the amount of water (e.g. 125 g wok noodles and 250 ml water). While stirring continuously, the wok noodles will absorb the liquid, and the wok dish will be ready in 3-4 minutes.
