Akasztói Szikiponty was awarded the Aranyszalag Tanúsító certification in 2016, which guarantees the highest and consistent product quality. Raised in near-natural conditions in alkaline lakes, the meat of the Szikiponty is pure in flavour, firm and low in fat. Excellent for grilling and smoking.  
 

Preparation:

After opening, place the product in a pan, fry both sides of the fillet for 2-3 minutes in a little olive oil.  

Storage

Store refrigerated between 0°C and +2°C, use immediately after opening.
