Ősi Magnesium Bath Salt is a mixture of dry magnesium chloride salt and other trace elements, which we recommend for magnesium baths and foot baths. Quantity

One cup of bath salt contains approximately 15 g of pure magnesium. The exact amount depends on the amount of water, 1-2 cups are recommended for foot baths, and a maximum of 8 cups for tub baths.

Use

It is important that the bath is warm, but not hot, because hot water strengthens the evaporation of the skin, not the absorption of important minerals. Dissolve at least 200 g of salt in the bath water and take a 30-minute, relaxing bath. Avoid the eyes and the area around the mucous membrane during bathing. Tip: Ősi Magnesium Bath Salt can also be used in combination with magnesium oil in the bath, which enhances the health-promoting effect of the magnesium bath. Add 25-50 ml of magnesium oil to the bath water in addition to the bath salt.

About the brand

Ősi Magnesium is a Hungarian-owned company that manufactures and distributes cosmetic products made in Hungary.  The history of Ősi Magnesium begins in 2009.  A dear acquaintance of theirs told them about the effects of magnesium absorbed through the skin and its benefits. They then tracked down the Dutch company that mines extremely pure magnesium chloride from a depth of 1600 meters, which forms the basis of their products. At that time, only two of them worked on the production of the products and  they started with only 3 products. These products are still available today. Our Ősi Magnesium oil, bath salt and gel products are still the favorites of our customers after all these years.
