Cantine Teanum - Favugne Sangiovese

Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, from vineyards located in the northern part of Puglia, in the municipality of San Severo. The aim of the Teanum winery, in the production of this wine, is to preserve the maximum of fruity notes, which is why it is aged only in steel tanks and in the bottle before being marketed. Ruby red in colour with purple hues. Its aroma is characterised by wild red berries. It is characterised by velvety tannins and a marked fruitiness.

• It goes well with roasts, white meats and young cheeses.

Storage

In a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Once opened, if the bottle is properly sealed with a champagne stopper, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
