The thin and elastic pasta is ready in a few minutes and its low moisture content provides 5 portions per 250 g product. Moreover, thanks to its porosity, it is able to absorb plenty of sauce. Thanks to the semolina flour, a symbol of craftsmanship, it has a rough texture. Intense green in colour, it is homogeneous during cooking, light but resistant, and the pasta combines the characteristic taste of durum wheat with the scent of spinach.

Use

1. Cook in 5 litres of boiling salted water.
2. Drain and season in the same well-heated pot.
