A meat product that is heat-treated by smoking, cooking and baking, which has the shape of the baking tin, can be sliced well, is covered with a layer of skinless imperial bacon and is made from pickled pork leg. Its characteristic flavour comes from the cooked, pickled pork, the smoking and the baking.
