Tamási-Hús Kft started operating in Tamási in 2007. It specializes in smoked bacon, cooked bacon and fried so-called Crispy bacon bacon. This wide range of products is sold under the trademark "Gierlingers Premium Bacon". Whether it is sliced or diced bacon, everything is made exclusively from fresh European meat. Due to continuous innovations, Tamási-Hús Kft. has become a significant manufacturer of fried bacon products. In 2020, the plant's area and production capacity more than doubled.
