Holle Organic Mini Rusks for Babies from 12 Months, Demeter

Holle organic baby spelt rusks are made from high-quality organic ingredients. The rusks are free from sugar, eggs, palm oil and salt. Due to their mild flavour and easy digestibility, Holle organic baby spelt rusks are particularly suitable for feeding infants. They are versatile, in a practical mini format, as a snack, for nibbling on the go, to strengthen the jaw muscles; or for preparing delicious baby spelt porridge. Suitable for the whole family.

Use

Rusk fruit puree from 12 months:

1. Break 2 slices of Holle organic baby spelt rusks (approx. 22 g) into small pieces and place in a bowl.
2. Bring 140 ml of water to a boil and pour evenly over the rusks.
3. Let it soften for a while and mash it finely with a fork until it becomes a puree. Stir in 100 g of freshly grated fruit (apple, pear, banana) or 100 g of Holle organic fruit. Cool to 37°C.

Nutritional tip: You can enrich the rusk puree with valuable fatty acids by adding a teaspoon of Holle baby oil.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place.
