Holle Organic 3-Grain Baby Porridge from 6 months

Holle Organic 3-Grain Flake Baby Porridge is recommended for consumption after 6 months of age. It is made from whole grain cereals, without added sugar, eggs and milk, lactose-free, gluten-free product. The ingredients have a natural sugar content, the baby porridge can be prepared easily without cooking.

Use

Milk porridge after 6 months:

• Boil 100ml of milk and 100ml of water and let it cool down to approx. 50˚C.
• Mix 25g (approx. 6 tablespoons) of organic 3-grain flake baby porridge in a plate.
• Let it swell and cool down to eating temperature (approx. 37°C).
• Alternatively, the porridge can be prepared with 130ml of breast milk, 200 ml of milk or water or a Holle infant formula made from cow's or goat's milk (150-170 ml).

Cereal-fruit porridge:

• Mix 2 tablespoons of baby porridge, 100g of fruit porridge and 1 teaspoon of Holle baby cooking oil. Add water as needed.
• If using fresh milk, we recommend adding 2 tablespoons of fruit juice containing vitamin C, which helps in the processing of iron.
• Valuable fatty acids can be added by mixing 1-2 tsp of Holle baby cooking oil into the food.
• Please observe the preparation instructions.
• The correct dosage ratio ensures that your child always receives the necessary nutrients in the right amount.
• Always prepare the food fresh.
• Do not reuse leftovers.
• If possible, do not heat the food in the microwave. (It can easily get too hot that way.)

Storage

Store in a cool dry place, at a temperature between 0-20°C. It is recommended to consume the opened package within 3-4 weeks.
