Whey protein complex with bromelain enzyme, amino acids, palm oil free, with sweetener.

Usage

Mix 1 serving (28 g = 2 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml water in a shaker. On training days, consume 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. On rest days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.

Storage

Store the product tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Consume within 4 weeks of opening.
