Horváth Rozi Mustard Seeds
A spice known and used since ancient times. An important ingredient of table mustard, which is a mixture of crushed and oil-free white and black mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, pepper, cloves, onion and tarragon.
May contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, eggs, milk (lactose), celery, soy and sesame seeds.

Ingredients:
- 100 g Horváth Rozi mustard seeds
- 100 g olive oil
- 100 g white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 g water
Preparation:
- Boil half of the mustard seeds with water, this will reduce their spiciness a bit.
- Then put all the ingredients into a tall container and blend with a hand blender until smooth enough.
- You can leave it chunky or make it completely smooth, for this you should pass it through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Mature for a week, but at least for a few days.
- You can flavour it with garlic, special vinegars and oils, but it is also excellent on its own. It can even be a gift when filled into jars. The longer you leave it in the sealed jars, the more the flavours will blend.
Tip:
For a completely silky mustard, grind the seeds into powder with a few coriander seeds.
