The Berke Group set this as its goal when it modernized the game processing plant purchased in 2019, and as a result of three years of construction and modernization, it created one of the most nature-friendly processing companies in Central and Eastern Europe, with the integration of the most innovative processing and food industry technologies, the use of renewable energy sources, and the use of natural raw materials in Romania. The central plant of our company, which processes game, lamb, Mangalica, and pork, is located in a picturesque place, in the heart of Transylvania, in the village of Ivó, at the foot of the Hargita Mountains. Meat processing, manufacturing, and packaging of the finished product take place in a renovated and newly built environment thanks to the dedicated work of nearly 40 trained and experienced professionals.
