In 1983, Alain Milliat took over the family farm near Lyon, France, and began restoring and creating new orchards. 15 years later, he created 6 fruit juice flavors, which he presented to 60 sommeliers from the prestigious Relais & Châteaux guide. 55 were convinced, and so the adventure began.
