About the brand
Celiko was founded in 1982 with Polish capital. From its inception, the company specialized in and perfected the food production process, especially for dry concentrates. Its activities were challenging and pioneering, requiring a strict production system, i.e., a full range of dietary foods for various exclusion diets, including those used for celiac disease.
The company's founder was Zenon Kosicki, Ph.D. He was the first in Poland to develop recipes for gluten-free desserts and pastries, as well as low-protein products for those suffering from phenylketonuria. He created innovative technological lines for freeze-drying and for the instantization of soluble teas in various flavors and cocoa.
