Kertünk Kincsei Rum-soaked sour cherry jam Our rum-soaked sour cherry jam is a heavenly delicacy made with little sugar, which we have spiced up with a little rum. We used a short boiling method in its preparation so that as many vitamins as possible remain in the jam. The fine aroma of sour cherries dominates the real taste, but all this is spiced up with the essence of the tropical zest of rum. We lovingly closed it in a jar – for you.

Use

We recommend it as an ingredient for cakes or pies, but it also becomes a tasty dish simply spread on bread.

Kertünk Kincsei is a homestead organic farm, located in Pest county, more precisely in Herceghalom. Organic pantry foods from handcrafted production fully support our health, and do not contain any preservatives, flavors or artificial additives in any form. 

The owner of the naturopath, Ági Bereczkiné Fekete, has long cherished the dream of introducing the philosophy of pure, natural foods to others outside her family, thus the Kertünk Kincsei products were born: organic syrups, jams, pickles, chutneys, vegetable pâtés and other curiosities. The primary goal in making the products is to bring healthy, tasty delicacies made only from pure fruit or herbs to the table. It is important to preserve the vitamin content, therefore, in small-scale production, they strive to use the cold production method from their own products or raw materials from reliable original producers, with the lowest possible sugar content, with honey dominance in case of sweetening. 

Storage

Store in a dry, cool place. Store in the refrigerator after opening, recommended to consume within two weeks.
