Sumatra Aceh Gayo Whole Bean Coffee - Medium
Sumatra Aceh Gayo coffee is made from coffee beans grown on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. This coffee, which belongs to the Arabica varieties, is made from coffee beans grown in the province of Aceh, at the foot of the Gayo Mountains.
Aceh Gayo coffee has a distinctive taste and aroma, with the dark, smoky and earthy notes typical of Sumatran coffees, complemented by a very strong, fruity flavour. The flavour profile is strong and full-bodied, but not overly acidic or bitter. This coffee generally falls into the category of full-bodied coffees, and thanks to its higher caffeine content, it is an excellent morning pick-me-up.
Aceh Gayo coffee is grown by hand and is made using the wet processing method, in which the coffee beans are dried after the flesh of the fruit has been removed. This processing method gives the coffee a unique flavour and contributes to its characteristic aroma and taste.
Aceh Gayo coffee is particularly popular with those who like full-bodied, strong and darker coffees, as well as with those who like Sumatran coffees. This coffee is generally available in different roast variations, so you can choose between stronger and darker roasts or coffees with a milder and more delicate flavour, according to your taste, we recommend the medium roast.
