Lisicza Zöld Veltelini

Our Zöld Veltelini wine has a silvery green colour with flashes. Its aroma is a blend of fresh green apple and various citrus fruits, seasoned with a pinch of white pepper. Its flavour resembles grapes, lime and ripe pear. Thanks to its fine acidity, it is characterised by a fresh, crisp and long finish. It is a great match for salads, light appetisers, but on hot summer evenings it is also a brilliant drink on its own or as a spritzer, well chilled.

Producer information

A family business, Lisicza Borház Kft. was founded in 1998 in the Pécs Wine Region. This area lies at the meeting point of different climates and cultures, and as a result, it also has a rich and unique winemaking heritage. Their aim is to build on these assets and, combined with modern technologies, to showcase the untapped potential of the Wine Region. In this spirit, they began developing their plantations eight years ago, which has reached its current size of 14.5 hectares in several stages. The plantation's rich variety of species includes classic world varieties and traditional Hungarian varieties, as well as the Cirfandli, a speciality of the Wine Region. In our modern winery, we only process our own produce, which is produced with radical yield restrictions.

Storage
Store at 10-15 degrees, in a dark, sealed place, consume within 1-2 days of opening.
